Information on 231 Model and Code of Ethics
Adtelier Group has adopted all the necessary measures in compliance with Legislative Decree 231/2001.
Each Group company applies a specific Organisation, Management and Control Model, and a Supervisory Body has been established to ensure full implementation of Legislative Decree 231/2001.
Each company of the Group also has its own Code of Ethics, which sets out ethical principles that not only serve to prevent unlawful conduct, but also guide anyone working with us to behave in a manner consistent with our values.
